United Belt Ltd was contracted to carry out the safe removal of asbestos roofing materials and replace them with modern iron sheets at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital CARAES NDERA. This was a critical health and safety rehabilitation project for one of Rwanda’s key psychiatric health facilities, ensuring a safer environment for patients and staff.
The project required careful handling and safe disposal of asbestos materials in strict compliance with health and safety standards. United Belt coordinated the full roofing replacement process from asbestos removal through to installation of new iron sheets, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations throughout the works.
